All b baje services are for persons aged 21 or older only. At the time of registration or at any later stage, b baje may request an identity document or other paperwork to verify age. If verification is not completed, the account may be temporarily suspended.
1.2 Account Creation and Accuracy of Information
Each user may open only one account. The name, date of birth, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time and funds held in that account may be forfeited.
1.3 Keeping Login Credentials Secure
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party or allowing them to use your account is strictly prohibited. b baje will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.
1.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Operating more than one account — whether in your own name or someone else's — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
The methods currently available for depositing funds at b baje are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.
2.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time
The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
2.3 Verification Requirements
Account verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed. b baje may request a national ID card or passport, proof of ownership of the mobile banking account, and documents needed to verify your address. Withdrawals may be held until this verification process is complete.
2.4 Right to Refuse Transactions
b baje reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal request on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering or any other reasonable cause.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, meaning the bonus must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a balance of ৳3,000; to become withdrawable, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.
3.2 Other Promotional Offers
b baje runs the following promotions from time to time:
- Weekly b baje Deposit Reward: 50% bonus on a minimum deposit of ৳500, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15 times.
- b baje Slot Festival: 75% bonus on slots deposits, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times.
- Weekend Cricket Deposit Bonus: 60% bonus on cricket betting deposits, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times.
- b baje Birthday Gift: Once per year, up to ৳2,000, wagering 10 times.
- Refer a Friend to b baje: Up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, wagering 5 times.
3.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Misusing bonus benefits — such as claiming them multiple times from different accounts or attempting to complete wagering requirements through artificial bets — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.
3.4 Right to Modify Bonuses
b baje reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. The terms of any specific promotion will be stated separately on that promotion's page.
Betting and Gaming Rules
4.1 Validity of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless b baje itself decides to cancel it due to a technical error. b baje's system data will be considered final in determining outcomes.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts for various games and markets are shown on the platform. b baje reserves the right to change these limits and may set separate limits in specific cases.
4.3 Technical Issues and Disputes
If a bet is partially or fully incomplete due to a technical fault, server issue or network outage, b baje will review the situation and make a decision. b baje's decision in such cases is final. If you have a dispute, you may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email.
4.4 Match Results and Cancelled Markets
In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, that market may be declared void. For multi-bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the result determined based on the remaining events.

VIP Program and Weekly Cashback
5.1 VIP Tier Overview
b baje has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback on net losses applies at each tier. Bronze members may receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5% and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
5.2 Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable percentage rate on net losses, calculated as total losses minus total winnings. For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
5.3 Tier Changes
Promotion or demotion between VIP tiers is determined by the user's overall activity and engagement with the platform. Although b baje does not publish specific turnover thresholds, regularly active players have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier.
5.4 Using Cashback
After cashback is credited, it may be withdrawn directly or used for new bets, though specific conditions may apply and will be communicated to the user in their account.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Limitation of Liability
b baje is not liable for any financial loss arising from technical failures, third-party service failures or a user's own decisions. The platform operates on an as-is basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.
